摘要
经络是中医针灸理论的核心内容,经穴与脏腑间的复杂联系也一直是针灸领域研究的热点。其中原穴是经穴中的重要内容,可通过其病理反应推知脏腑病情及虚实变化,文章以原穴诊断脏腑疾病为研究重点,从古溯今论证经穴-脏腑相关理论的价值,明确经穴在中医基础理论中的重要地位,为中医临床诊治疾病提供理论基础。
Meridian is the core content of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture theory.The complex relationship between acupoints and viscera has always been a hot topic in the field of acupuncture.The yuan-primary point is an important content in the acupoints,and the pathological reaction can be used to infer the condition of the viscera and the changes of the deficiency and excess.This paper focuses on the diagnosis of viscera disease through the yuan-primary point,and demonstrates the value of the theory of the acupoint-viscera from the ancient history.The important position of meridian points in the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine provides a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
