摘要
葛根为豆科植物野葛Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi的干燥根,具有解肌退热、生津止渴、升阳止泻等功效。葛根作为一味临床上常用的药食两用的中药饮片,具有药源丰富、疗效好、安全性高等优势。文章总结了葛根的炮制历史沿革及现代葛根炮制机制相关的研究进展,分析了目前葛根炮制机制研究所存在的问题,为葛根炮制机制的深入研究提供依据和参考,为葛根的进一步开发应用奠定基础。
Radix Puerariae is the dried root of the legume plant Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi,which has the functions of relieving muscle fever,promoting body fluid to quench thirst,promoting yang to stop diarrhea,etc..Radix Puerariae,as a kind of traditional Chinese medicine,has the advantages of rich source,good curative effect and high safety.This paper summarized the processing history of Radix Puerariae and the research progress related to the processing mechanism of modern Radix Puerariae,analyzed the existing problems in the processing mechanism of Radix Puerariae,provided the basis and reference for the in-depth study of the processing mechanism of Radix Puerariae,and laid the foundation for the further development and application of Radix Puerariae.
