摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统的常见病与疑难病。王晖主任中医师涉足杏林50余载,治疗该病时提出在中医整体观的基础上,立足“气化学说”“病机理论”,运用多学科手段,宏观和微观结合,病理和病机结合,病机和病证结合,药性和药理结合,在辨证论治指导下善用专方专药,牢牢把握基本病机,动态掌握阶段病机,精细梳理兼夹病机,细心探索潜伏病机,果断处理即时病机,最终达到缓解临床症状,逆转萎缩、肠上皮化生及异型增生的目的。
Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common but stubborn disease in the digestive system.WANG Hui,with his five decades clinical experience,considers the treatment of such disease should lay on the foundation of overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine with the bases of gasification doctrine and pathogenesis stratification theory.The treatment process should also apply multidisciplinary methods,integrate macro and micro aspects,combined the following pairs:theory and mechanisms of the disease;mechanisms and symptoms of the disease;property and elements of the medicine,and finally dispense unique prescriptions based on the theory of treatment according to syndrome differentiation.In doing so,it requires doctors to fully aware the basic mechanisms of the disease,different syndromes in different stages,other diseases that followed,and latent diseases.Such treatment finally aims at symptoms mitigation and the reversion of atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia.
