摘要
文章介绍了陈洪宇教授从活血化瘀法论治肾病综合征的学术观点,总结陈洪宇教授应用活血化瘀方治疗肾病综合征患者的经验,并分析其典型案例。陈洪宇教授认为本病在以风湿扰肾为主要辨证的同时,还要兼顾瘀血在肾病综合征中的存在及其在病理变化中的重要地位。陈洪宇教授主张祛风除湿、利水消肿并用活血化瘀为根本大法,并善于应用现代科技手段,强调宏观与微观相结合,辨证论治,对缓解或消除肾病综合征患者临床症状、延缓肾功能进展、提高生活质量有着显著疗效。
This paper introduces professor CHEN Hong-yu’s academic viewpoints about activating blood and resolving stasis in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,summarizes professor CHEN Hong-yu’s experience in treating patients with nephrotic syndrome with the prescription of activating blood and resolving stasis,and analyzes its typical cases.Professor CHEN Hong-yu believes that nephrotic syndrome should be characterized by rheumatism disturbing kidney,and blood stasis should be taken into account in the presence of nephrotic syndrome and its important role in pathological changes.Professor CHEN Hongyu advocated removing wind and dehumidifying,relieving swelling and activating blood and removing stasis as the fundamental method,and was good at applying modern scientific and technological means.Professor CHEN Hong-yu emphasized the combination of macro and micro and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,which had significant effects on relieving or eliminating clinical symptoms of nephrotic syndrome,delaying renal function progression and improving life quality.
