摘要
张仲景以六经统摄伤寒、杂病,而《金匮要略》黄汗病之主证芪芍桂酒汤证亦属六经之范畴。文章以《伤寒论》《金匮要略》相关条文之考究,并结合临床治疗经验,得出黄汗病属太阴中风之范畴,且芪芍桂酒汤主治之黄汗属太阴中风兼水热之证。芪芍桂酒汤在临床上可用于治疗诸多杂病,如男性早泄、中风后遗症、多汗、盗汗、风湿性关节痛等。
ZHANG Zhong-jing takes up typhoid fever and miscellaneous diseases through the six meridians,and Qishao Guijiu Decoction,the main syndrome of yellowish sweating in Jingui Yaolue,also belongs to the category of the six meridians.Based on the relevant articles in Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yaolue,and combined with clinical treatment experience,this paper concludes that yellowish sweating belongs to the category of Taiyin disease with wind affection,and yellowish sweating,which is mainly treated by Qishao Guijiu Decoction,belongs to the syndrome of Taiyin disease with wind affection and water-heat.Qishao Guijiu Decoction can be used clinically to treat many miscellaneous diseases such as male premature ejaculation,sequelae of stroke,hyperhidrosis,night sweating,rheumatic joint pain and so on.
