摘要
带状疱疹后神经痛是临床难治病,常影响患者工作和生活。禤国维老师在多年的临床实践中,形成了平调阴阳、标本兼顾的学术思想,认为本病常以正气亏虚为本,气滞血瘀为标,在临床治疗中应以行气祛瘀、通络止痛为法,兼以扶助正气,使邪去而阴阳自和;同时建议内外合治,药食并重,注重患者情绪的调理。
Postherpetic neuralgia which is difficult to treat in clinic often affects the patient’s work and life.Professor XUAN Guo-wei has formed the thought of balancing yin and yang and giving consideration to both the samples through years of clinical practices.He considers that this disease is often based on qi deficiency as well as qi stagnation and blood stasis as the standard.So in clinical treatment,the method of activating qi flowing and dispelling stasis,removing obstruction in collaterals and relieving pain,and it should cooperate the method of helping the vital qi,so that it can drive out the pathogenic factor and balance the yin and yang.Besides,professor XUAN also suggests the combination of internal and external treatment as well as conditioning of drug and food.Meanwhile,it is important to adjust the mood of the patients.
