摘要
文章论述《伤寒杂病论》对背部诸症之辨治,通过分析认为,背部诸症可见于太阳病、阳明病、少阴病、痉病、湿病、血痹、胸痹、痰饮病等诸多疾病中,其治法有解表、通经、散寒、化饮、祛痰、活血之不同,可分别使用桂枝加葛根汤、葛根汤、白虎加人参汤、附子汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤、栝楼薤白白酒汤、乌头赤石脂丸、小青龙汤、苓桂术甘汤等方剂治疗,充分反映了中医辨证论治之特点。
This article discussed the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of various back diseases in Shanghan Zabing Lun.According to the analysis,back diseases can be seen in the taiyang disease,yangming disease,shaoyin disease,convulsive disease,dampness disease,blood impediment,phlegm retention and many other diseases,the methods of the treatment are different in relieving exterior,promoting menstruation,dispelling cold,resolving fluid,eliminating phlegm and activating blood.As for the treatment,Guizhi Plus Gegen Decoction,Gegen Decoction,Baihu Jia Renshen Decoction,Fuzi Decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction,Wutou Chishizhi Pill,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Linggui Zhugan Decoction can be used.It fully reflects the characteristics of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM.
