摘要
目的了解中医医疗机构护理人员科研能力现状,分析影响因素,制定改进对策。方法采用问卷调查法对山东省某地中医医疗机构1226名护理人员进行调查分析。结果中医医疗机构护理人员科研能力总分(39.57±23.11)分,问题发现能力得分(5.19±2.30)分,文献查阅能力得分(8.82±4.01)分,科研设计能力得分(5.32±4.42)分,科研实践能力得分(7.64±5.38)分,资料处理能力得分(6.15±4.68)分,论文写作能力得分(6.46±5.66)分,六要素得分比例26.60%~44.10%。影响中医医疗机构护理人员科研能力的因素主要为查阅文献的数量、护士层级、专科护士、撰写发表论文的数量、劳动关系、主持或参与科研项目数量(P<0.01)。结论中医医疗机构护理人员科研能力偏低,科研设计能力较差,护理管理者应高度重视,探索在职护理科研培训模式,鼓励护理人员参加科研实践活动,以提高中医医疗机构护理人员科研能力。
Objective To investigate the current situation of scientific research ability of nurses in TCM medical institutions, analyze the influencing factors, and formulate improvement measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate and analyze 1226 nurses in medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine in a certain area of Shandong province. Results The total scientific research ability of nursing staff in TCM medical institutions marks(39.57 ±23.11), the problem discovery ability score is(5.19±2.30), the literature review ability score is(8.82 ±4.01), the scientific research design ability score is(5.32 ±4.42), the scientific research practice ability score is(7.64±5.38), and the data processing ability score is(6.15 ±4.68), the paper writing ability score is(6.46 ±5.66), and the six-factor score ratio is 26.60% ~44.10%. The factors influencing the scientific research ability of nurses in TCM medical institutions are mainly the number of literatures,nurse hierarchy, specialist nurses, number of published papers, labor relations, number of hosted or participating scientific research projects( P <0.01). Conclusion The nursing staff of TCM medical institutions has low scientific research ability and poor scientific research design ability. Nursing managers should attach great importance to it, explore on-the-job nursing research and training mode, and encourage nurses to participate in scientific research and practice activities to improve the scientific research ability of nurses in medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine.
