摘要
中医外治法治疗糖尿病肾病的文献报道颇多,其中中药方剂的应用各有所长,本文通过研究近年来相关文献,从灌肠、足浴、穴位贴敷、封包烫熨等方面对治疗糖尿病肾病的外治方药应用情况进行全面综述,为临床外治糖尿病肾病方药提供依据,望能提高临床疗效,同时也为方药的给药途径拓宽了思路。
There are many reports on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Among them, the application of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions has its own advantages. In this paper, through the research of related literatures in recent years, comprehensive review of the application of external herbs for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy from enema, foot bath, point-application, and package ironing, provide a basis for clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy, in order to improve clinical efficacy. At the same time, it also broadens the way of thinking for the administration route of herbs.
