摘要
PBL教学法即基于问题的教学模式,此种教学法的中心为学生,其教学的基础为问题,能够使得教师引导与学生自学紧密结合,针对某一主题或病例,分组讨论,提出个人见解,形成问题解决的方法,其实施的目的是提高学生解决和分析问题的能力。PBL教学法,其能够充分发挥问题在学习中的相关引导作用,调动学生对于学习的积极性以及主动性,使得学生进行开放式的探索,使其养成持续学习的良好习惯,更好建立批判性的思维。床旁教学,其能够对护理实习生的人文素养、职业素养培养,在实习的初期,对带教老师的相关操作技能观看,不仅能够使得护理实习生更好掌握护理技能,且可对其爱伤观念进行培养,更好与患者沟通,了解患者的心理状态,疏导患者的紧张情绪,获得患者的配合。
PBL teaching method is a problem-based teaching mode. The center of PBL teaching method is students, and the basis of PBL teaching method is problems. It can make teachers guide students to study by themselves, discuss in groups, put forward personal opinions, and form methods to solve problems. The purpose of PBL teaching method is to improve students ’ability to solve and analyze problems. PBL teaching method can give full play to the relevant guiding role of problems in learning, mobilize students ’enthusiasm and initiative for learning, make students explore openly, make them develop good habits of continuous learning, and better establish critical thinking. Bedside teaching, which can cultivate the humanistic and professional qualities of nursing interns,can not only make nursing interns better grasp nursing skills, but also cultivate their concept of love and injury, make them better communicate with patients, understand patients’ psychological state, ease the patient’s tension and obtain the patient’s cooperation.
