摘要
随着中医受到世界各国人民的欢迎和国家的大力支持,社会对中医护理人才的需求越来越迫切,作为护理教育者,建设一支中医护理教学团队就显得尤为重要,这是适应新形势下中医护理学人才培养的需要,是保证中医护理学专业教学质量的重要举措。本文基于护教协同模式,从中医护理教学团队建设的必要性出发,分析了现阶段中医护理教学团队建设存在的问题,依据护教协同的特点提出建设中医护理教学团队的对策,以期为中医护理事业发展做出贡献。
Along with the traditional Chinese medicine is welcomed by people all over the world and the country ’s strong support, the society has become more and more urgent demand for nursing talents of TCM. In nursing educators ’view, construction of Chinese medicine nursing teaching team is particularly important, because it is adapt to the demand of the talents cultivation of TCM under the new situation, which is an important measure to ensure the quality of nursing teaching of TCM. Based on the mode of cooperation of teaching and nursing, this paper starts from the necessity of the construction of nursing teaching team of TCM, analyzes the current problems in the construction of TCM nursing teaching team, and puts forward to the relevant content of the construction of TCM nursing teaching team according to the characteristics of collaboration of nursing and teaching, in order to make contributions to the development of TCM nursing career.
