摘要
目的探讨精益管理在提升临床护理保障中心服务效率中的实践效果。方法以2018年一季度为PDCA循环法实施前组,2018年四季度为实施后组,比较改进前后血液和药品运输环节耗时减少情况以及服务效率满意率变化。结果改进后普通药品、特殊药品、血液制品运送总耗时均减少约1/3,护理保障中心服务效率满意率从52.30%提升至80.22%(P<0.05)。结论借鉴精益管理工具能够有效进行流程优化,减少时间浪费,提高护理保障中心服务效率。
Objective To explore the practical effects of lean management in improving the service efficiency of clinical nursing service center.Methods Taking data in the first quarter of 2018 as the pre-implementation group of PDCA circulation method and data in the fourth quarter of 2018 as the post-implementation group, the time reduction of blood and drug transportation and the changes in service efficiency and satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared. Results After the implementation of lean management, the transportation time of general drugs, special drugs and blood products all decreased by 1/3, and the satisfaction rate of service efficiency of the nursing service center increased from 52.30% to 80.22%(P<0.05).Conclusion Lean management tools can effectively optimize the process, reduce time waste and improve the service efficiency of nursing service center.
