摘要
为提高应急作战卫勤保障水平,通过梳理联勤保障部队编制调整改革期间机动卫勤分队能力建设存在问题,提出区域一体化机动卫勤分队建设的新模式,论证梳理指挥关系、整合人力资源、重塑整体编成、完善硬件支撑、优化组训模式等构想的可行性及实用性,提高机动卫勤分队保障广度及深度。
In order to improve the level of emergency medical support, this paper analyzed the problems of capacity building for mobile medical service units during the adjustment and reform of structure and organization in the Joint Logistic Support Force and proposed a new mode of regional integrated mobile medical service unit construction, so as to testify the feasibility and practicability of such conceptions as combing command relationship, integrating human resources, remodeling overall structure, perfecting hardware support and optimizing training mode, which has fulfilled the goal of improving the breadth and depth of mobile medical service units’ security.
