摘要
"联合救援-2019"中德实兵卫勤联合演习于2019年7月3-17日在德国菲尔德基辛卫勤训练基地举行,这是我军卫勤力量第一次实兵实装整建制赴北约国家开展的联合演习,具有重大历史意义。在演习过程中,中德两军官兵进行深度融合、深度交流,相互学习借鉴,加强两军的互信合作和传统友谊,演习取得圆满成功。文章对此次联演基本情况进行梳理,并结合实践提出一些思考与建议,以期为卫勤部队更好地开展中外联演联训提供借鉴与参考。
The China-Germany "Combined Aid-2019" Joint Medical Military Exercise was held in the Feldkirchen medical training base, Germany, from 3 rd July to 17 th July, 2019. It was the first time that Chinese military medical services force set foot on NATO country with full equipment and organic troops, thus having exerted significant influences. The combined exercise proved to be a complete success, as the officers and soldiers from both China and Germany had a profound interaction and communication during the exercise, which enhanced mutual trust, cooperation and friendship. This article systemically combs the basics about the exercise and puts forward some reflections and suggestions accordingly, so as to provide reference for medical service troops to carry out combined exercise.
