摘要
目的调查某军队医院军人训练伤住院情况,分析训练伤的发生特点,为军事训练伤的防治工作提供参考。方法对某联勤保障部队医院2014-2018年住院部618例军事训练伤病案信息进行回顾性调查分析。结果 2014-2018年训练伤住院人数分别占训练伤总住院人数的9.87%、16.02%、20.06%、22.82%、31.23%;训练伤疾病谱主要以骨与关节损伤、软组织损伤为主,占军人训练伤住院的81.08%,平均治愈好转率为85.87%。结论近5年军人训练伤的住院率呈逐年递增的趋势,且损伤以骨与关节损伤、软组织损伤为主,军队各级管理部门应提高对常见训练伤的重视程度,积极开展防治工作。
Objective To investigate the hospitalization situation of military training injuries in a military hospital, analyze the occurrence characteristics of training injuries, and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of military training injuries. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted on 618 cases of military training injuries in the inpatient department of a hospital of the Joint Service Support Force from 2014 to 2018. Results From 2014 to 2018, the annual hospitalization number of training injuries accounted for 9.87%, 16.02%, 20.06%, 22.82%, and 31.23% respectively in the total hospitalization and the main disease spectrums of training injuries were bone and joint injury and soft tissue injury, accounting for 81.08% of the total hospitalized patients, and the average cure improvement rate was 85.87%. Conclusion Over the past 5 years, the hospitalization rate of military training injuries is increasing year by year, with bone and joint injuries and soft tissue injuries being the major ones. The management departments at all levels of the army should lay more emphasis on common training injuries and carry out prevention and treatment properly.
