实习生工作价值观、实习满意度与留职意愿关系之研究——以成就动机作为调节变量 被引量:3

On the Relationship between Interns’ Work Values,Internship Satisfaction and Job Retention Intention——Taking Achievement Motivation as the Regulating Variable

摘要 该研究关注实习生的工作价值观和实习满意度对留职意愿的影响,从个体层面分析了成就动机的调节作用。文章通过对某高职院校旅游酒店管理专业312名实习生进行问卷调查,并通过SPSS 24.0进行回归分析,实证数据表明:实习满意度与工作价值观均对留职意愿有显著正向影响,实习满意度部分中介了工作价值观和留职意愿之间的关系;个我取向成就动机对工作价值观和实习满意度之间的关系起到负向调节作用,社会取向成就动机对实习满意度和留职意愿之间的关系起到正向调节的作用。工作价值观与成就动机的交互作用,通过实习满意度的部分中介,间接影响留职意愿。 This study focuses on the impact of interns’ work values and internship satisfaction his study focuses on the impact of interns’ work values and internship satisfaction on their job retention intention,and analyzes the moderating effect of achievement motivation at the individual level.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey among 312 interns majoring in tourism and hotel management in a vocational college,and made a regression analysis with SPSS 24.0.The empirical data show that both internship satisfaction and work values have a significant positive impact on job retention intention,and internship satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between work values and job retention intention;individual-oriented achievement motivation negatively moderates the relationship between work values and internship satisfaction,while social-oriented achievement motivation positively moderates the relationship between internship satisfaction and job retention intention.The interaction between work values and achievement motivation indirectly affects job retention intention by the partial mediation of internship satisfaction.
