摘要
在新农科建设背景下,随着国家出台中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划,高职农科专业迎来了机遇。农业高素质技术技能人才培养是实现我国农业现代化的关键,对于破解高职农科专业招生困境具有重要意义。文章通过分析影响高职农科专业招生的因素,以专业群的视角,提出若干优化专业结构的思路,试图解决农科类专业办学结构单一、规模偏小、人才培养质量不高等问题,为提升专业人才培养质量提供新思路和新办法。
Under the background of new agricultural science construction,with the introduction of "high-level higher vocational colleges and high-level programs with Chinese characteristics" construction plan,higher vocational agricultural programs are facing new opportunities.The cultivation of high-quality technical talents in agriculture is the key to the realization of China’s agricultural modernization,which is of great significance to solve the dilemma of agricultural program recruitment in higher vocational colleges.Based on analyzing the factors affecting the recruitment of agricultural programs in higher vocational colleges,and from the perspective of major group,this paper puts forward some ideas to optimize the structure of the program,trying to solve the problems of single structure,small scale and low quality of talent cultivation in agricultural programs,and provides some new ideas and methods for improving the quality of professional talent cultivation.
