随着我国科学技术的不断发展,电子通信技术已经被广泛应用于各行各业的发展过程中,并且在各领域的发展过程中起着决定性的作用。电子通信技术最主要的缺陷在于具有较高的故障危险性,一旦电子设备出现障碍,可能会导致事故的产生,然而大多数的企业在利用电子通信的时候都忽视了这一点。出现电子通信障碍的原因比较多,并且当发生事故的同时也会带来经济方面的损失。
