摘要
国家人防办各相关规范、文件均已重新修订,并已发出关于使用频率调整的通知,全国各地早期建设的防空警报系统设备陈旧老化,原有的模拟信号载波频率存在干扰、泄密等风险。警报系统的升级改造建设已迫在眉睫,是在新形势下必须完成的一项重要任务,也是应对信息化战争必不可少的一项内容。采用什么方式进行升级改造是各地人防的关注点。文章列举了四种不同的升级改造措施并进行深入的对比探讨和总结,对各地人防办开展防空警报系统升级改造建设具有一定的参考价值。
The relevant specifications and documents of the national civil air defense office have been revised, and the notice on frequency adjustment has been issued. The air defense alarm system equipment built in early stage all over the country is old, and the original analog signal carrier frequency is subject to interference, leakage and other risks. The upgrading and reconstruction of the alarm system is imminent, which is an important task to be completed in the new situation, and also an essential content to deal with the information war. How to upgrade and reconstructall this equipmentis the focus of civil air defense. This paper enumerates four different upgrading measures and makes in-depth comparative discussion and summary, which has certain reference value for civil air defense offices to carry out upgrading and reconstruction of air defense alarm system.
