摘要
针对当前装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆连接施工中存在的问题,分析装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆连接原理和其施工工艺流程,从灌浆料的抗压强度偏低、预制剪力墙吊装完后套筒钢筋误差大、灌浆时排浆孔不出浆、灌浆料饱满度不够、灌浆料饱满度检测等存在的问题进行分析与思考解决,以更利于钢筋连接受力与结构的安全。
In view of the problems existing in the current construction of grout sleeve splicing of rebars in prefabricated buildings,this paper analyzes the principle and construction process of grout sleeve splicing of rebars in prefabricated buildings,from the following problems:the low compressive strength of cementitious grout,the large error of rebars in sleeve after the hoisting of prefabricated shear wall,the lack of cementitious grout in vent for grouting during grouting,the insufficient fullness of cementitious grout,and the detection of the fullness of cementitious grout.The problems are analyzed and solved in order to be more conducive to the stress of rebar splicing and the safety of the structure.
