热试验时间载荷谱处理软件设计

摘要 力热联合试验中需加热与加载同时进行,热载荷为试验全程的连续变化,而力载荷则往往从其中某一时刻开始,且力载荷时间间隔与热载荷不一致,增加了试验载荷处理的复杂程度。针对力热联合试验的载荷谱再处理问题,设计并实现了热试验时间载荷谱处理软件的设计,减少了载荷谱处理的时间,且保证载荷谱处理无人为错误,为热试验载荷处理提供了捷径,推动了多场耦合联合试验向低成本、高效、高质量的方向发展。 In the combined forceand heat test,heating and loading must be carried out simultaneously.The thermal load exhibits a continuous change in the whole process of the test,and the force load often starts at a certain moment,and the time interval between the force load and the heat load is inconsistent,which increases the complexity of the test load processing.Aiming at the problem of reprocessing the load spectrum of the combined force and heat test,the thermal test time-load spectrum processing software is designed and implemented,which reduces the time of the load spectrum processing and ensures that the load spectrum processing is free of human errors,thus providing a thermal test load processing shortcutsand promoting the development of multi-field coupling experiments in the direction of low cost,high efficiency,and high quality.
