土木工程构造物变形监测智能装置研制

摘要 土木工程构造物在运行期间因设备或其他原因导致变形量的实时监测在一些地方还不能实现,即使监测有时也是间歇性的。文章因此研制智能化实时监测装置,通过全桥应变传感器测得形变微量,将模拟信号输入差动放大器电路、A/D转换、传送到单片机中处理,可以实时显示并记录数据。通过设置阈值达到智能预警功能。该装置获取的测试数据与部分构造物的理论值、数值模拟分析结果比对后,精度满足工程要求。 The real-time monitoring of the deformation of civil engineering structures caused by equipment or other reasons cannot be realized in some places, even if the monitoring is sometimes intermittent. In this paper, an intelligent real-time monitoring device is developed, which can measure the trace amount of deformation through the full-bridge strain sensor, input the analog signal into the differential amplifier circuit, realize A/D conversion, and transmit it to the single-chip microcomputer for processing, so that the data can be displayed and recorded in real time. The intelligent early warning function is achieved by setting the threshold. After comparing the test data obtained by the device with the theoretical values of some structures and the results of numerical simulation analysis, it is found that the accuracy meets the engineering requirements.
