摘要
[目的]了解2014年—2019年山西省护理专业学位硕士研究生就业满意度现状及影响因素。[方法]采用自制的山西省护理专业学位硕士研究生就业满意度调查问卷对山西医科大学护理学院和山西省中医药大学2014年—2019年毕业的80名全日制护理专业学位硕士研究生进行调查。[结果]护理专业学位硕士研究生的总体就业满意度为81.25%,其中,护生对就业单位的满意度最高(86.25%),对工作环境的满意度最低(68.75%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示:就业地域、月薪、就业期望吻合情况是护理专业学位硕士研究生就业满意度的影响因素。[结论]山西省护理专业学位硕士研究生的整体就业满意度较高,其中,山西省内工作、月薪较高、就业期望吻合度高的护理专业学位硕士研究生就业满意度与其他护理专业学位硕士研究生相比较高。
Objective:To understand employment satisfaction status and its influencing factors among postgraduates with nursing professional degree in Shanxi province from 2014 to 2019.Methods:Self-made employment satisfaction questionnaire for postgraduates with nursing professional degree in Shanxi province was adopted to take an investigation among 80 full-time postgraduates with nursing professional degree.These students were graduated from Shanxi Medical University and Shanxi university of traditional chinese medicine from 2014 to 2019.Results:Overall employment satisfaction of postgraduates with nursing professional degree was 81.25%,among which nursing students had the highest satisfaction with employer(86.25%)and the lowest satisfaction with working environment(68.75%).Logistic regression analysis results showed that employment region,monthly salary,and congruence degree with employment expectations were influencing factors of employment satisfaction among postgraduates with nursing professional degree.Conclusions:Overall employment satisfaction among postgraduates with nursing professional degree in Shanxi is relatively higher.Compared with other postgraduates,employment satisfaction of postgraduates working in Shanxi province,with higher monthly salary and higher agreement between employment and expectations have higher job satisfaction.
