摘要
在国家标准精简整合、审评工作中,都需要对标准的要素进行比对分析,目前仅能定性评估标准的相关情况。本文创新提出标准相对关联度的定义及基础算法,可对标准之间关联程度作定量评估,能为辅助提升标准化审评工作效率,提供一种支撑手段。
Comparative analysis of the elements of the standard is required in the streamlined integration and evaluation of national standards. Currently, the relevant conditions of the standard can be only qualitatively evaluated. This paper innovatively proposes the definition of the relative link degree of standards and the basic algorithm, which can quantitatively evaluate the degree of correlation among standards and provide supporting means to help improve the evaluation efficiency of standardization.
