摘要
本文基于彭水水电站的标准化现状,采用价值链分析法和模糊综合评价法分析彭水水电站的标准化活动产生的经济效益。通过对彭水水电站基本活动和辅助活动的价值链分析,计算出了彭水水电公司标准化产生的年经济效益值、公司的息税前利润总额、标准化效益对息税前利润总额的贡献率等。得出结论是:彭水水电公司在实施标准化方面取得了可观的经济效益,并对公司进一步提高标准化管理水平提出了对策和建议。
Based on the standardization status of PengShui Hydropower Station, this paper uses the Value Chain Analysis Method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to analyze the economic benefits of standardization of PengShui Hydropower Station. This paper analyzes the costs and benefits of the basic and auxiliary activities of the PengShui Hydropower Station to calculate the annual economic benefit value, the total profit before interest and tax and the contribution rate of standardized benefit to the total profit before interest and tax. It concludes that Pengshui Hydropower company has achieved considerable economic benefits in the implementation of standardization, and puts forward suggestions for the company to further improve the standardization management level.
