摘要
以无线监测网络供电难为研究背景,提出了振动能量的矿用无线监测节点,通过对压电俘能器、无线监测节点的硬件以及软件等结构的整体设计,弥补了无线监测网络供电难的不足,同时对检测节点进行了性能测试,测试结果显示,延长了节点储能单元更换周期,实现了对机械设备的振动监测,且运行效果良好。
This article used wireless monitoring network power supply as the research background,to put forward the vibrational energy of mine wireless monitoring nodes,ere based on piezoelectric device,wireless monitoring node of the integral design of the hardware and software structure,make up for the deficiency of the wireless monitoring network power supply is difficult,and test the performance of detecting node,extended the node energy storage unit replacement cycle,implements the vibration monitoring of machinery and equipment,and the running effect is good.
