摘要
师德师风建设是当前高职院校建设过程中的一项重要内容,是提升高职院校办学水平和办学质量的重要保证。本文结合新时代高职教育的发展要求,从学校层面,老师层面剖析了高职院校师德师风建设过程中存在的若干问题,以期为新时代高职院校师德师风建设提供有益参考。
The construction of teachers'morality and style is an important content in the construction of higher vocational colleges,and an important guarantee to improve the school-running level and quality.Based on the requirements for higher vocational education in the new era,this paper analyzes some major problems existing in the construction of teachers'morality and style.
