摘要
对特种设备安全技术规范以及装卸软管相关标准进行协调分析。结果发现目前特种设备安全技术规范以及相关标准对软管的试验要求并未完全覆盖软管检验检测应注意的问题,未明确针对不同类型的装卸软管如何实施相关试验。另外,现时装卸软管检验检测工艺与相关技术规范及方法标准尚存在不协调的地方,需要进一步完善装卸软管的检验检测体系。
Coordination analysis was carried out on the safety technical specifications and standards for the test of handling hoses.It resulted that neither the safety technical specifications of special equipment or standards for hose can solve the issues which existed in hose inspection and detection recently.It ignored that targeted tests should be carried out for different types of handling hoses.Furthermore,some incongruities appeared in the inspection and testing instructions of handling hoses against the safety technical specifications and standards.It was considered that the inspection and testing instructions need to be improved in order to solve the problem of inspection and testing for the hoses.
