摘要
采用ICP-MS测定贵州大米中Pb、Cd、As含量,分析污染状况及评价安全性。测定结果表明:200个大米样品中Pb、Cd、As超标率分别为0.5%、0%、1%。Pb、Cd、As单因子污染指数P_i>1.0的样品分别为1份、3份、25份。内梅罗综合污染指数Pz=1.14,即1.0Cd>Pb。贵州大米中Pb、Cd、As总体上相对安全,品质良好。
The contents of Pb,Cd and As in Guizhou rice were determined by ICP-MS,and the pollution status and safety were analyzed.The results showed that the over standard rates of Pb,Cd and As in 200 rice samples were 0.5%,0%and 1%,respectively.The samples with single factor pollution index P_i>1.0 of Pb,Cd and As were 1,3 and 25,respectively.The Nemero comprehensive pollution index P_z=1.14,that was 1.0Cd>Pb.Generally,Pb,Cd and As in Guizhou rice were relatively safe and of good quality.
