ICP-MS法测定硫酸奈替米星注射剂中13种无机元素迁移量研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用内标法、样品稀释直接进样,建立ICP-MS法测定硫酸奈替米星注射剂中13种无机元素的迁移量。研究发现,13种元素在相应的浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系(r≥0.999),方法精密度符合要求,加标回收率在82.7%~120.0%之间,RSD均小于15%。结果表明,本方法简便、快捷,具有良好的专属性、灵敏度和准确度,可用于硫酸奈替米星注射剂中无机元素迁移研究。 Based on internal standard method,the migration contents of thirteen inorganic elements in netimicin sulfate injection were directly determined after diluted with water.The results indicated that the linear correlative coefficients were higher than 0.999.The accuracy of the method was detected,all of which conformed to the analysis standard.The recoveries were in the range of 82.7%~120.0%.The method is convenient,exclusive,sensitive and accurate,and can be used to study the migration contents of inorganic elements in netimicin sulfate injection.
