摘要
企业财务风险系数递增让企业高层决策者和管理者意识到了财务会计工作的重要性。财务会计人员工作质量、效率对企业管理和企业经济利益的影响,在一定程度上直接决定着企业的生死存亡。只有财务人员强化自身专业知识和技能,才能妥善处理企业内部流动资金分配、加快回款和闲置资金的运作速率、提高企业员工凝聚力,以此带动企业经济利益提高。论文对财务会计工作情况对企业管理以及企业经济效益提升的影响进行深入分析,进一步推动整个社会的进步。
The increasing financial risk coefficient of enterprises makes the senior decision-makers and managers of enterprises realize the importance of financial accounting work.The influence of work quality and efficiency of financial accounting personnel on enterprise management and economic interests directly determines the life and death of enterprises to a certain extent.Only when financial personnel strengthen their professional knowledge and skills,can they properly handle the distribution of circulating funds within the enterprise,speed up the operation rate of collection and idle funds,and improve the cohesion of employees,so as to drive the improvement of economic interests of the enterprise.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the influence of financial accounting work on enterprise management and the improvement of enterprise economic benefits,so as to further promote the progress of the whole society.
