摘要
目的调查河北省沧州市渤海新区吸血蠓的种类组成。方法2019年4-10月在马场、猪舍、鸡舍、隔离场、屠宰场及住区灯诱吸血蠓;利用体式显微镜初筛吸血蠓;采用加拿大树胶酚封片法制作吸血蠓玻片标本,备鉴定。结果在渤海新区采获吸血蠓3591只,为库蠓属Culicoides的原野库蠓C.homotomus、北京库蠓C.Morisitai、环斑库蠓C.circumscriptus、尖喙库蠓C.Oxystoma、荒川库蠓C.Arakawai、新替库蠓C.Newsteadi、肩宏库蠓C.Humeralis、黄骅库蠓C.huanghuaensis,共8种,优势种为北京库蠓(71.46%)。另黄骅库蠓Culicoides huanghuaensis An,Shi et Liu sp.nov.(另文描述)为1新种。结论2019年调查河北省渤海新区吸血蠓包括1属8种,北京库蠓是优势种。
Objective To investigate the species composition of hematophagus midgesin in Bohai New Area of Cangzhou,Hebei province,China.Methods The hematophagous midges were captured with light traps from April to October,2019,with stables,hog houses,henhouses,quarantine farms,slaughterhouses,and residential areas as the selected observation points.Hematophagus midges preliminary screening by stereomicroscope.The specimens were slide-mounted in Canada balsam-phenol and aubjected to taxonomic identification.Results A total of 3591 hematophagus midges belonging to Culicoides and 8 species were collected in Bohai New Area,which were C.homotomus,C.Morisitai,C.circumscriptus,C.Oxystoma,C.Arakawai,C.Newsteadi,C.Humeralis,and a new species Culicoides huanghuaensis An,Shi et Liu sp.nov.was found(other description),and the predomiant species was C.morisitai(71.46%).Conclusion This paper reports a genus and 8 species of hematophagus midges inin Bohai New Area of Cangzhou,Hebei province,China,and the predomiant species was C.morisitai.
