摘要
目的统计麻疹疫苗预防接种常见的异常反应,并提出相应处理对策。方法选择2018年8月至2019年8年于本社区行麻疹疫苗预防接种并产生异常反应的50例患者作为研究对象,统计其中各项异常反应的发生率。结果50例患者中有4例血管性水肿(8.00%)、6例阿瑟反应(12.00%)、13例过敏性休克(26.00%)、27例过敏性皮疹(54.00%),过敏性皮疹的发生率明显高于其他异常反应的发生率,且差异显著(P>0.05)。结论过敏性皮疹是麻疹疫苗预防接种中发生率较高的异常反应,医护人员需根据患者的实际情况及时采取处理对策才能确保疫苗的接种质量与效果。
Objective Objective To analyze the common abnormal reactions of measles vaccination and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods A total of 50 patients who received measles vaccination and had abnormal reactions in the community from August 2018 to 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the incidence of various abnormal reactions was calculated.Results Among the 50 patients,there were 4 cases of angioedema(8.00%),6 cases of Arthur's reaction(12.00%),13 cases of anaphylactic shock(26.00%),and 27 cases of anaphylaxis(54.00%).The incidence of anaphylaxis was significantly higher than that of other abnormal reactions,and the difference was significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Anaphylaxis is an abnormal reaction with a high incidence in measles vaccination,and medical staff should take measures according to the actual situation of patients to ensure the quality and effect of vaccination.
