摘要
介绍了国家"大气重污染成因与治理攻关项目"专题二课题三"建材领域大气污染治理及调控政策研究"子项目情况,包括涂料生产企业生产类型、规模、分布、已经采取的环保治理措施等情况,给项目承担单位提出了相应的政策建议;并树立"标杆示范企业",进而推动涂料行业超低排放,实现大气污染物排放进一步向超低迈进,通过实施差异化管理,促进行业改造升级。
This paper introduces the sub-project "Research on Air Pollution Control and Regulation Policies in the Field of Building Materials" under Topic 3, Theme 2 of the national "Project for Tackling Causes of Air Pollution and Key Problems in Air Pollution Control", including coatings production enterprises’ production types, scales, distribution and environmental protection and control measures already taken, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations to the units undertaking the project;and built up "benchmark demonstration enterprises" to promote the coatings industry’s ultra-low emissions, further reduce air pollutant emissions towards ultra-low emissions and promote transformation and upgrading of the industry through implementation of differential management.
