"Three Breaking and Three Establishing"in the Typological Development of Higher Vocational Education

摘要 从高等职业教育的类型分析入手,认为高等职业教育是通过职业开展教育教学、为服务区域发展培养高素质技术技能人才的教育类型。分析了高等职业教育类型化发展的三大现实困境:为职业而教育、先分层再分类和以(促进)就业为导向。基于此,探讨了高等职业教育类型化发展中的"三破三立",其中,首要的是明确办学模式,破"为职业而教育",立"通过职业办教育";关键是完善职教体系,破"先分层再分类",立"先分类再分层";最终聚焦于人才的终身培养,破"以(促进)就业为导向",立"以职业为导向"。 Based on the type analysis of higher vocational education,this paper hold that higher vocational education is a life-long education type through vocational education and teaching and cultivating high-quality technical talents for regional development.Three practical difficulties in the development of Higher Vocational Education were also be analyzed:Education for occupation,stratification and then classification,and employment oriented.Based on these,this paper discussed the"three breaking and three establishing"in the development of higher vocational education.Among them,the first is to make clear the mode of running a school,abandon"running education as a profession"and advocate"running education through vocational education";the key is to improve the vocational education system,abandon"stratification and then classification"and advocate"classification and stratification";finally,it focuses on the lifelong training of talents,abandoning"employment oriented"and advocating"career oriented".
