精确控制汽轮机低压轴封密封效果技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对汽轮机低压轴封系统未设计回汽管温度监视测点、轴封漏汽温度监视测点,轴封供汽压力为定压控制,低压轴封难以保持最佳密封效果,空气易漏入低压缸、蒸汽易漏入汽轮机润滑油系统导致油质恶化、损害轴瓦问题,提出加装回汽管温度监视测点、低压轴封环境温度监视测点;分析并验证采用低压轴封回汽温度值监控轴封密封效果的可行性,通过试验得到低压轴封最佳回汽温度控制值,由分散控制系统实时监测低压轴封回汽温度变化,据此调节低压轴封供汽压力,使轴封回汽温度保持在设定值,实现对低压轴封密封效果的精确控制,从而确保汽轮机安全、经济运行。 For the low-pressure shaft seal system of steam turbine,there are no temperature monitoring points for return pipe and leakage temperature monitoring points for shaft seal.The steam supply pressure of shaft seal is constant pressure control.It is difficult to keep the best sealing effect for low-pressure shaft seal.Air and steam are easy to leak into low-pressure cylinder and steam is easy to leak into lubricating oil system of steam turbine,which leads to deterioration of oil quality and damage of bearing bush.The temperature monitoring points of the return steam pipe and the ambient temperature monitoring points of the low-pressure shaft seal are put forward.The feasibility of using the temperature value of the return steam of the low-pressure shaft seal to monitor the sealing effect is analyzed and verified.The optimum temperature control value of the return steam of the low-pressure shaft seal is obtained through the test.The temperature change of the return steam of the low-pressure shaft seal is monitored in real time by the decentralized control system.By adjusting the steam supply pressure of low pressure shaft seal,the temperature of return steam of shaft seal can be kept at a set value,and the sealing effect of low pressure shaft seal can be accurately controlled,thus ensuring the safe and economic operation of steam turbine.
