摘要
本试验旨在评估毛钩藤对羔羊营养物质消化率、氮平衡及其能值的影响。试验选择平均活体重为(29.37±3.24)kg的公羔羊16头,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复1头羊。对照组饲喂以高梁和豆粕为主的日粮,处理组饲喂毛钩藤水平为100、200和300 g/kg的日粮。试验3周后对营养物质消化率、氮平衡及能值进行评估。结果:钩藤水平为100和200 g/kg时,干物质、中性洗涤纤维、氮和总能摄入量最高,且随着毛钩藤添加水平的升高表现为显著二次曲线效应(P<0.05)。随着日粮中毛钩藤添加水平的升高,氮的消化率表现为显著线性降低(P<0.05),其中毛钩藤日粮组分别较对照组氮消化率降低了10.45%、5.97%和7.46%(P<0.05)。粪氮和氮平衡值随日粮毛钩藤添加水平的升高表现为显著二次曲线效应(P<0.05),其中100和200 g/kg毛钩藤组最高。毛钩藤日粮的粗蛋白质消化系数(0.46±0.070)低于对照组(0.54±0.046)。毛钩藤日粮的消化能和代谢能估算值分别为(11.0±1.08)和(9.7±1.08)MJ/kg。结论:200 g/kg组营养物质表观消化率和沉积率与对照组相似,对羔羊营养物质消化率和沉积率无负面影响。毛钩藤的代谢能估算值为9.7 MJ/kg。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Uncaria hirsuta on nutrient digestibility,nitrogen balance and energy value of lamb.Sixteen male lambs with an average live weight of(29.37±3.24)kg were selected and randomly divided into four groups with four replicates in each group and one sheep in each repetition.The control group was fed a diet of sorghum and soybean meal,while the treatment group was fed a diet of 100,200 and 300 g/kg Uncaria hirsuta.Nutrient digestibility,nitrogen balance and energy were evaluated after 3 weeks.Results:the dry matter,neutral washing fiber,nitrogen and total energy intake were the highest at the levels of 100 and 200 g/kg Uncaria hirsuta,and the quadratic effect was significant(P<0.05).With the increase of dietary Uncaria hirsuta supplementation levels,the digestibility of nitrogen showed a significant linear decrease(P<0.05),in which the digestibility of nitrogen in the diet group decreased by 10.45%,5.97%and 7.46%,respectively,compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).The increase of fecal nitrogen and nitrogen balance value with the dietary Uncaria hirsuta supplementation levels showed a significant quadratic effect(P<0.05),among which the group of 100 g/kg and 200 g/kg Uncaria hirsuta groups showed the highest performance.The crude protein digestibility coefficient(0.46±0.070)was lower than that of the control group(0.54±0.046).The estimated values of digestive energy and metabolic energy were(11.0±1.08)and(9.7±1.08)MJ/kg,respectively.Conclusion:the apparent digestibility and deposition rate of nutrients in the diet with the addition of 200 g/kg Uncaria hirsuta were similar to that in the diet of conventional feed materials,and there was no negative effect on the digestibility and deposition rate of nutrients in lambs.The estimated metabolic energy of Uncaria hirsuta was 9.7 MJ/kg.
