摘要
随着市场经济的发展,企业竞争越来越激烈,近年来畜牧业的发展推动了饲料需求的增长,我国饲料企业也不断发展。随着我国经济进入新常态,饲料企业也要积极进行改革创新,提高经济效益。预算管理是加强企业内部管理控制的方法之一,是企业日常经营管理的重要一环。饲料企业越来越重视预算管理,为企业的可持续发展提供动力。许多饲料企业建立了预算管理制度,但受各种因素的影响,预算管理流于形式,影响企业经济效益的提高。有效的预算管理可以帮助饲料企业更好的应对复杂的外部环境,提升生产前瞻性。本文从饲料企业经营实际出发,分析饲料企业预算管理中存在的问题,并提出相应策略,提高饲料企业预算管理水平。
With the development of the market economy,competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense.The development of animal husbandry in recent years has promoted the growth of feed demand,and China’s feed enterprises have also continued to develop.As China’s economy enters a new normal,feed enterprises must also actively carry out reforms and innovations to improve economic efficiency.Budget management is one of the methods to strengthen the internal management control of an enterprise,and it is an important part of the daily operation and management of an enterprise.Feed companies are paying more and more attention to budget management to provide momentum for their sustainable development.Many feed enterprises have established budget management systems,but due to various factors,budget management is in the form and affects the improvement of economic efficiency of enterprises.Effective budget management can help feed enterprises better cope with complex external environments and improve the forward-looking of production.Based on the actual operation of feed enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the budget management of feed enterprises,and proposes corresponding strategies to improve the level of budget management of feed enterprises.
