益生菌对感染球虫病肉鸡生长性能和抗体反应的影响 被引量:1

Effects of probiotics on growth performance and antibody response in broilers infected with coccidiosis

摘要 本研究检测了商业益生菌对肉鸡日增重、卵囊脱落和抗体反应的影响。在刚出生的雏鸡日粮中分别添加0.1%和0.2%的益生菌。雏鸡分别在10、12日龄时口服5000个或10000个艾美耳球虫卵囊或5000个艾美耳球虫卵囊。与其他两组相比,0.1%益生菌组肉鸡日增重显著提高(P<0.05),且感染5000个球虫组的肉鸡粪中卵囊数量显著降低(P<0.05)。在感染艾美尔球虫的肉鸡中,与正常对照日粮组相比,添加益生菌的日粮,特别是添加水平为0.1%益生菌组肉鸡尽管该组肉鸡粪中卵囊数和日增重无显著改善,但血清艾美尔球虫特异性抗体水平更高(P<0.05)。结果表明,这种以嗜酸性乳杆菌为基础的益生菌能有效增强肉鸡对艾美尔球虫的抵抗力,并在一定程度上保护肉鸡免受球虫病的负面影响,特别是日粮中益生菌的添加水平为0.1%时。 This study examined the effects of commercial probiotics on daily weight gain,egg sac shedding,and antibody response in broilers.Add 0.1%and 0.2%probiotics to the diet of newborn chicks.At the age of 10 and 12 days,the chicks were given 5,000 or 10,000 egg sacs or 5,000 egg sacs orally.Compared with the other two groups,the daily weight gain of the 0.1%probiotics group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the number of egg capsules in the feces of the 5000 coccidiosis group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In broilers infected with coccidioides emmelicum,the probiotic-enriched diet,especially the 0.1%probiotic-enriched broilers,had higher serum levels of coccidioides emmelicum specific antibodies than the normal control diet(P<0.05),although there was no significant improvement in the number of egg sacs and daily weight gain in the feces of broilers in this group.The results showed that the lactoeosinophilic lactobacilbased probiotics were effective in strengthening broilers’resistance to coccidiosis and to some extent protecting broilers from the negative growth effects associated with coccidiosis,especially when the dietary level of probiotics was 0.1%.
