摘要
目的以某省级A医院为例,研究住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)存在的问题,探讨完善住培管理工作的对策。方法以A医院26个培训基地为对象,通过组建住培检查督导工作组,对各培训基地开展院内交叉自查,发现住培管理存在的问题。结果 26个基地住培自查平均分约65.6分,考核结果一般。住培建设中存在领导重视不足、培训基地组织管理不完善、专业基地教学不规范、培训学员招录难、培训质量有待提高等问题。结论应采取住培质量建设的各项举措,有效改善住培基地的培训质量,提高住培学员的理论水平和临床实践能力。
Objective Taking the provincial hospital A as an example,this paper is to study the problems existing in the standardized training of residents( hereinafter referred to as residential training) and discuss the countermeasures to improve the management of residential training. Methods 26 training bases of hospital A were taken as the object. Through the establishment of the supervision team of the residential cultivation inspection,cross-examination was carried out in each training base,and the problems in residential training management were found through base inspection. Results The average score of the self-examination of the 26 bases was about 65. 6 points,at a common level. There were some problems in the construction of residential training,such as insufficient attention from leaders,imperfect management of training base,and non-standard teaching in professional bases,difficulty in recruiting resident standardized trainees,and unsatisfactory training quality. Conclusion The measures of quality construction should be taken to effectively improve the training quality of training bases and improve the theoretical level and clinical practice ability of resident standardized training students.
