摘要
精神病专科医院由于患者的特殊性,应对突发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情有一定难度,但仍然需要做好"外防输入,内防扩散",坚决防止聚集性疫情暴发。文章总结了精神专科医院在疫情防控工作中实行住院病区封闭性管理,全面落实防控关键点,积极做好相关工作,取得了零感染零发病的初步成效,有效保障了全院工作人员及精神科患者的生命健康安全,取得有效的实践经验,可为今后应对此类特发公共卫生事件提供借鉴。
The particularity of the in-patients has posed a greater challenge for psychiatric hospitals to prevent the cluster epidemic of COVID-19 by preventing importing internationally and spreading domestically.This paper summarizes the measures of taking closedown management and focusing on the key links of prevention and control,and reports the achievements of zero infection and morbidity so as to ensure the safety and health of all the staff.The experience provides reference for preventing and controlling such public health emergency in the future.
