摘要
入职培训是教师专业成长和发展以及教学有效性提升的重要途径,而乡村教师所处场域的特殊性决定了对其开展入职培训的独特性。目前,我国乡村教师入职培训存在一些问题,如:相关培训政策执行效果欠佳、入职培训内容中乡村教师的主体性价值隐匿以及乡村教师参训的内在驱动力不足等。进一步研究发现,这是由于相关部门的入职培训政策执行偏差、入职培训内容遭遇乡土文化缺乏的困境、乡村教师自我认同感持续走低等原因造成的。为此,应精准落实乡村教师入职培训政策、革新乡村教师入职培训内容、激发乡村教师专业成长的自觉性,这是提升乡村教师入职培训实效性的应然路径。
Induction training is an important way to promote teachers'professional growth and develop their teaching effectiveness.The particularity of rural field determines the uniqueness of conducting rural teachers'induction training.However,in the current situation,there are some problems,such as the negative outcome of relevant training policies,the neglect of rural teachers'subjective value in induction training content,and the lack of internal driving force of rural teachers to attend training.Further research finds that the root causes of these problems are the deviation from implementing relevant departments'induction training policies,the absence of local culture in the induction training content,and the continuous decline of rural teachers'self-identity.Therefore,in order to improve the effectiveness of rural teachers'induction training,it is the proper path to implement the policies of rural teachers'induction training precisely,innovate the content of induction traing,and stimulate the professional growth conscientiousness of rural teachers.
