摘要
目的研究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)妇女与正常孕妇末梢血微量元素间的差异,为优生优育策略提供参考。方法对彭州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心门诊2012年1月到2019年12月妊娠妇女微量元素检测结果进行回顾性分析。将GDM孕妇560例纳入GDM组,正常孕妇2643例纳入对照组。结果GDM组锌浓度为62.05μmol/L、铁浓度为6.21 mmol/L、钙浓度为1.87 mmol/L、镁浓度为0.91 mmol/L、铜浓度为2.03μmol/L;对照组锌浓度为86.36μmol/L、铁浓度为8.53 mmol/L、钙浓度为2.31 mmol/L、镁浓度为0.90 mmol/L、铜浓度为1.73μmol/L。GDM孕妇与正常孕妇末梢血微量元素水平比较,钙、铁、锌浓度减低、铜浓度增高,而镁的浓度与正常孕妇比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GDM孕妇血清中微量元素水平存在改变,应补充钙、铁、锌,以期改善妊娠的结局。
Objective To compare the differences of the trace elements in the peripheral blood of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)women and normal pregnant women so as to provide reference for the stratgey of prepotency.Methods The detection results of the trace elements in the peripheral blood of the pregnant outpatients treated from January of 2012 to December of 2019 in Maternity Service Center Of Pengzhou Maternal&Child Health Care Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results The concentration of zinc,iron,calcium,magnesium and copper was 62.05μmol/L,6.21mmol/L,1.87mmol/L,0.91mmol/L and 2.03μmol/L respectively in the GDM group and 86.36μmol/L,8.53mmol/L,2.31mmol/L,0.90mmol/L and 1.73μmol/L respectively in the control group.The concentration of zinc,iron and calcium was decreased and that of copper was increased in the GDM group when compared with the control group,and there were no significant differences in the concentration of magnesium between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of the serum trace elements of GDM women are changing,and the trace elements of calcium,iron and zinc should be supplemented in order to improve the outcome of pregnancy.
