摘要
目的探讨何氏解毒消炎散外敷治疗输液性静脉炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年9月至2020年4月在成都军区八一骨科医院中医骨科收治的输液性静脉炎患者72例。随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各36例。对照组给予50%硫酸镁治疗,试验组给予何氏解毒消炎散外敷治疗,比较两组治疗前后舒适度评分变化、治疗后静脉炎等级情况及临床疗效情况。结果两组患者疼痛评分、红斑面积评分、水肿面积评分及总评分均明显下降,且试验组比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后5 d,试验组静脉炎等级明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论何氏解毒消炎散可有效治疗输液性静脉炎,患者痛苦减轻快,临床疗效满意,且安全可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ho's Jiedu Xiaoyan Powder applied externally in the treatment of infusion phlebitis.Methods 72 patients with infusion phlebitis admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Bayi Orthopedics Hospital of Chengdu Military Region from September 2019 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 50%magnesium sulfate,and the experimental group was treated with Ho's Jiedu Xiaoyan Powder externally.The changes of comfort score,the grade of phlebitis before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Pain score,erythema area score,edema area score and total score of patients in both groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).5 days after treatment,the grade of phlebitis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ho's Jiedu Xiaoyan Powder can effectively treat infusion phlebitis,alleviate patients'pain quickly,and is safe and reliable and with satisfactory clinical efficacy,which is worthy of application and promotion.
