摘要
目的:探讨茵栀黄口服液辅助治疗母乳性黄疸的临床疗效。方法:2017年8月-2018年8月收治母乳性黄疸新生儿80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规方法治疗;观察组在常规治疗同时增加茵栀黄口服液辅助治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清总胆红素水平及不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用茵栀黄口服液辅助治疗母乳性黄疸,治疗效果较好,可有效降低患儿血清总胆红素水平及不良反应发生率。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the adjuvant treatment of breast-feeding jaundice.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2018,80 newborns with breast-feeding jaundice were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with conventional treatment and increased Yinzhihuang oral liquid adjuvant treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total efficiency rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total serum bilirubin level and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Yinzhihuang oral liquid to assist the treatment of breast-feeding jaundice,the treatment effect is remarkable,it can effectively reduce the total serum bilirubin level and the incidence of adverse reactions in children.
