摘要
目的:探讨祛风活血丸治疗巩膜炎并发葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法:2015年9月-2018年9月收治巩膜炎并发葡萄膜炎患者94例,随机分为两组。观察组实施1%醋酸泼尼松龙滴眼液+0.1%普拉洛芬滴眼液+0.5%托吡卡胺滴眼液+中成药祛风活血丸治疗;对照组实施1%醋酸泼尼松龙滴眼液+0.1%普拉洛芬滴眼液+0.5%托吡卡胺滴眼液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率优于对照组,治疗组1年内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗巩膜炎并发葡萄膜炎疗效好。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Huoxue Pill in the treatment of scleritis complicated with uveitis.Methods:From September 2015 to September 2018,94 patients with scleritis complicated with uveitis were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with 1%prednisolone acetate eye drops+0.1%praprofen eye drops+0.5%tropicamide eye drops+Qufeng Huoxue pills.The control group was treated with 1%prednisolone acetate eye drops+0.1%praprofen eye drops+0.5%tropicamide eye drops.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate within 1 year in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of scleritis complicated with uveitis.
