摘要
目的:分析老年十二指肠胃反流性疾病患者的临床情况及诊断结果。方法:收治老年十二指肠胃反流性疾病患者68例,均进行内镜检查,结合病情分为两组。B组15例给予一般治疗;A组53例给予药物治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:A组治疗有效率明显优于B组,且A组治疗后生活质量各项评分均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。内镜诊断中,出现胃黏膜处充血44例,其中胃窦存在明显炎症6例,胆汁附着7例。结论:临床治疗十二指肠胃反流性疾病有关症状方面缺乏统一的方法,需结合各项情况综合分析,重视发病机制及诊断,可在一定程度上改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the clinical setting and diagnostic results of senile patients with duodenal reflux disease.Methods:68 elderly patients with duodenal reflux disease were enrolled,all of them were performed endoscopic examination and they were divided into two group according to different conditions of disease.15 patients of B group were given general treatment.53 patients of A group were given drug treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in A group was better than B group,the scores of quality of life in A group were higher than B group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the endoscopic diagnosis,there were 44 cases of hyperemia at the gastric mucosa,included 6 cases of obvious inflammation in the antrum and 7 cases of bile attachment.Conclusion:There is a lack of a unified method for clinical treatment of symptoms related to duodenogastric reflux disease,which needs to be comprehensively analyzed in combination with various conditions,paying attention to the pathogenesis and diagnosis can improve the quality of life of patients to some extent.
