摘要
目的:探讨大环内酯类抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法:2016年9月-2019年4月收治社区获得性肺炎患者156例,按入院时间先后顺序分为两组,各78例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在常规药物基础上采用大环内酯类抗生素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组病情稳定时间及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物基础上采用大环内酯类抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎,效果较为显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of macrolides in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Methods:From September 2016 to April 2019,156 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were selected.According to the sequence of admission time,they were divided into two groups of 78 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.The study group was treated with macrolide antibiotics on the basis of conventional drugs.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the stability time and hospitalization time were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drugs,macrolide antibiotics are more effective in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.
