摘要
目的:分析全飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)在不同切削比下早期角膜的高阶像差。方法:选取2018年1-12月SMILE治疗的患者80例,根据切削比差异分为两组,各40例。对照组切削比≤0.16;观察组切削比>0.16。比较两组早期角膜高阶像差(HOAs)。结果:观察组术后1周及1个月球差、总HOAs均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SMILE在较大切削比下,会导致球差与总HOAs受到明显影响,所以需要重视切削比的调节。
Objective:To analyze the high order aberrations of cornea in the early period of postoperation stage after the total femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)with different cutting ratios.Methods:From January to December2018,80 patients with total femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the difference cutting ratio,40 patients in each group.The cutting ratio of control group was less than or equal to 0.16.The cutting ratio of the observation group was above 0.16.High order aberrations of early cornea were compared between the two groups.Results:The spherical aberration and total HOAs in the observation group were higher than the control group after the operation 1 week and 1 month,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction with large cutting ratio will lead to significant effects on the spherical aberration and total HOAs,so it is necessary to pay attention to the adjustment of cutting ratio.
