摘要
2019年12月底一种由严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒-2 (SARS-CoV-2)感染引起的新型冠状病毒肺炎在全球迅速蔓延播散,由于该病毒不确定性因素多,使得疫情预防和治疗困难。本文通过对新型冠状病毒肺炎的病因学、流行病学、临床表现、胸部CT的影像特征及相关鉴别诊断等方面的国内外研究进行整理、归纳和总结,以加深对新型冠状病毒肺炎及胸部CT在疫情防控中重要作用的认识及了解。
At the end of December 2019, a new type of coronavirus pneumonia caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2) infection spread rapidly in the world. The uncertainty of the virus makes epidemic prevention and treatment difficult. This article reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign studies on the etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestations, chest CT imaging features and related differential diagnosis of new coronavirus pneumonia, to deepen the recognition and understanding of new coronavirus pneumonia and the important role of chest CT in the prevention and control of this epidemic.
